How Scammers scam via Pink WhatsApp?

Step 1 : In the Pink WhatsApp scam you will get a call from the person telling you that new verson of the WhatsApp is available.

Step 2 : On the call the caller will tell you to install the latest version of WhatsApp via link sent to your mobile number.

When you get a call asking to install the latest version of the WhatsApp via link sent to your mobile. Hung up the call.

Do not click on the link sent to install the latest version of WhatsApp. If you want latest version of WhatsApp then go to play store and update it from there yourself.
